Sustain and Restore our Waters in Florida

Join us in protecting and revitalizing the water bodies that grace our beautiful state. Here aresome impactful ways you can contribute:

  1. Reduce Plastic Usage: Limit single-use plastics and participate in local beach and rivercleanups to prevent waste from entering our waterways.
  2. Conserve Water: Implement water-saving practices such as fixing leaks, usingwater-efficient fixtures, and practicing xeriscaping to reduce unnecessary water usage. 
  3. Support Local Restoration Projects: Get involved with or donate to organizations thatconduct wetland restoration, oyster reef construction, and mangrove planting.
  4. Educate and Advocate: Stay informed about water issues and support policies thatprotect our water resources. Share knowledge with friends and community members.
  5. Responsible Boating and Fishing: Follow eco-friendly boating and fishing practices tominimize water pollution and disturbance to aquatic ecosystems.6. Use Eco-friendly Products: Choose household and garden products that are lessharmful to the environment, reducing runoff pollution into local waters.
